Hello Folks!

Today, I will unveil some tips on how you can make 2021,the best holiday spending season ever?

The holiday season is a time of celebration and giving. A time for friends and families to come together, and enjoy delicious food and good company.https://youtu.be/d6ZqmtvKCeY

It is also a time for the best of both worlds: indulging in chocolate cake while still cooking healthy dinners, meeting up with your new gym crush, and taking long relaxing baths.

These tips will help you manage your stress levels, plan your days to prevent over-eating or over-spending, and ensure that this holiday season is the best one yet!

The holidays are a great time to spend with your loved ones. But what happens when you cannot enjoy the holiday season, despite all the fun activities and gatherings? This article will explore some of the reasons why it can be hard to enjoy the holidays.

While holidays are a time for celebration, there is always one voice inside that pesters you with thoughts about how you should be spending your time.

This is because it’s natural to compare yourself to others and think that they have a better life. But this perspective can prevent us from enjoying our own lives.

It’s important to be mindful of the perspective we hold on the world. If we want to enjoy our holidays, we should try not compare ourselves to others and focus on what makes us happy.

As we approach the holiday season, it can be difficult not to feel stressed and sad. This year, many people are feeling a sense of dread for a number of reasons. But there are a few things you can do to enjoy the holidays and stay in a good mood during this time.

You may want to start by putting up your tree and other decorations early so they have time to dry out from rain or snow before the big day arrives. If you’re hosting guests, try making one special drink for each person in addition to your signature cocktail recipe. And if you’re feeling particularly lonely this year, reach out to someone who can help lift your spirits.

There are many reasons why it is so hard to enjoy the holidays. One of them is that people are feeling more disconnected from their loved ones. Another reason is that the culture of “more” has lead to a level of shame in wanting less.

In an age of Grinches and scrooges, one needs to analyze how consumerism can be a burden, how we need to find meaning in our celebrations, and how we must see what might be lacking as well as what we have gained.

Planning the perfect holiday season can be overwhelming. The holiday season requires careful planning and execution to ensure that you are able to enjoy this time with your loved ones.

The most important thing to remember with holiday planning is to not overcommit. Remember that quality time will always beat quantity of time, and the people you love will want to spend time with you.

These five steps will help you plan your holiday season with ease, making it enjoyable for everyone! For a stress-free Christmas season:

1) Create a list of people you want to give a gift to and rank it by priority.

2) Decide on your budget per person.

3) Figure out the type of present you want to give each person from your list.

4) Make an actionable plan for shopping for them as quickly as possible if they are on the top of the priority list, or at least set a date in which they will be bought if they are not high priority gifts.

5) Save money by buying gifts in advance.

If you’re like me, the holidays can be an expensive time of year. But it doesn’t have to be! Below are some ways I find you can save money during this time of year.

Paring down your list of recipients is the easiest way to save money during this time of year – for example, instead of buying gifts for everyone in your office, just buy one person a gift and donate the rest.

You should also go with store-bought decorations instead of DIY ones in order to save money. You can use these savings to buy nicer gifts for those close to you – or even just splurge on yourself!

We all know that during this time of year, the prices on everything seem to go up. Some people even call it “the season of giving”. But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Luckily, there are all kinds of ways you can save money this holiday season! You can buy decorations from discount stores or make your own. You can forgo presents and do something more practical like paying off debts. Aside from saving money, you’ll also be able to avoid the stress of Christmas morning by staying in bed with a cup of hot cocoa.

You might not think that you will miss out on any holiday cheer on Christmas day, but I promise it will feel so much better knowing you saved on your finances and on your mental health.

There are some gifts that will be sure to put a smile on their face and make them feel loved.

The best holiday gifts are the ones that you know they’ll love. Ask your friends what they want or look at their social media for clues. Otherwise, you can always go with the tried and true: it’s the thought that counts!

Every year, we find ourselves struggling to find the perfect gift for our loved ones. When we finally pick one out, we end up feeling guilty that we didn’t get something more thoughtful and personalized.

Pick gifts based on what they like or dislike.

The first step to have a great holiday season should be to find a way to stay positive during this time. It is easy to get caught up in the stress of the holidays, but it is important to just take a step back and focus on your mental well-being.

If you want a relaxing holiday season, don’t forget about the importance of taking care of yourself. Setting up some time for yourself can help you recharge so that you can enjoy your time with others without feeling too stressed out or overwhelmed.

You should also know that it is okay not to have expectations for this time of year – as long as you are enjoying it for what it is, then that’s all that matters.

Until next time, stay safe and healthy.Happy holidays and merry Christmas to all around the globe.

Hello Folks!

As you all know and have experienced or are experiencing, raising girls/daughters can be as tactical as raising boys. Let us dive deep into the tips on how to groom girls/daughters.

We all are faced with great challenges along the way, but what matters is the end product.

The number one tip we as parents can follow in grooming our girls/daughters is to talk things out with them. There is always something going on in their little minds. Whatever is there, does come out sooner or later.

As a parent, it is our responsibility to help them ease their thoughts, however, troublesome might it be. This act will give them the surety that as a parent, we are always there for them.

Secondly, to groom girls/daughters, start assigning small tasks to them. Tasks such as cleaning their rooms, picking up their toys, putting away the dinner plates. This will induce a sense of discipline in them.

Thirdly, You can groom your girls /daughters by trying to assess their likes and dislikes. Some girls might like to wash the dishes yet others might like to prepare food in the kitchen with or without your help. Ask them to help you out with food preparations in the kitchen.

This will not only enhance your bond with them but will also lead them towards being more responsible in the later years of life.

Fourthly, encourage their ideas of creativity or ideas related to money-making. Girls, who have parents’ support at their back tend to make a great success in their future lives as compared to those girls who are always discouraged for their ideas.

Fifthly, spent exclusive time with your daughters/girls like watching their favorite TV shows or it can either be a game or sport or even dressing up. Don’t ever think it’s boring.

It is the time we are investing in them that will be rewarded to us in so many ways, we are unaware of.

Sixth, we should teach our girls/daughter to be vocal in what they think is their right. This is the age when you as a parent are fulfilling your responsibility in giving them awareness to express themselves.

This is the freedom of speech that needs to be emphasized and re-emphasized.

Seventh, girls/daughters are very sensitive to the needs of people around them. Still, just as boys have to be taught to respect women of all age brackets; in the same way, girls/daughters have to be told to practice the same when it comes to men.

When we will observe a value system, our self, they automatically will follow it. And if we are not clear our self why do we expect them to be clear. So the lines have to be clearly defined.

Eighth, never insult your daughters/girls in front of anyone especially your maternal and paternal relations not to mention the outside world.

For, in the long run, if they turn out to be the opposite of what they were, they would never be appreciated for what they have become but would always be remembered as they used to be.

Ninth, trust your children in what they tell you. If you trust them today, they will not betray your trust in the future but if it’s vice versa you have deformed them for life.

At the same time, as a parent, you need to have a hawk-eye. After all, you are the parent and know your girls in and out. However, no need to make it obvious to them. Observe and apply accordingly.

And lastly, to make them productive citizens of the community, set a positive example in front of them. As it is said; Do unto others as you want others to do unto you.

I would ask all mothers out there to keep on observing other people’s lives who have raised wonderful girls/daughters. Interview them, talk to them and see what differences have they done and you are missing.

It is always good to learn from other people’s experiences rather than going through the same mistakes.

I would like to add that there is no ready-made recipe for bringing up girls/daughters. We have to experiment with every stage of children’s growing up.

Some things might work well with one child whereas for the others a different set of strategies might be needed.

But what is more efficient is your communication with the child. Only this, will help you in understanding the true nature of your children and act accordingly.

In the end, I would like to express my gratitude to all mothers who despite their professional life, hectic household chores still try their best to balance their lives and in that balance, work hard to raise good children especially girls/daughters.https://www.sabahataamir.com/mental-health-issues-in-teen/

Hello Folks!

Now, this is what I would call good luck. I have been yearning to write something on a topic like this for ages. And here I get an opportunity to do so. The statement itself gives its answer. Body size does not matter to rock good clothes. I will discuss, why it does not matter in the following paragraphs based on my own experiences. So let’s start.

As a child, I was more into playing and athlete stuff but as I grew up my focus shifted more towards studying and work on the laptop and all. All-time sitting and very less physical activities. Until one day, I looked at myself in the mirror. I was startled to see my image. That very moment, I realized, if I will not love myself who else would.http://simple.wikipedia.org

So with certain adjustments in my lifestyle, I was back to my good old self. What I want to reiterate here is that stop caring about what people are going to say or what your partner is going to say about your body; you should be satisfied with it and opt for ways to keep it in a way that is healthy and not problematic for you or people around you.

Secondly, you should have a positive image of yourself. I am sure you must have heard a lot about vibes and how they work. Yes, that is true. We all have a certain aura around us. The people in our surroundings pick up this aura or vibe or energy or light whatever you want to categorize it as.

They are going to look at you the way, you want them to. So even if you have the body size of a wrestler, yet you think yourself no less than a movie star, people will treat you like one.

Thirdly, you should always wear what you are comfortable with and what looks nice on you. Dressing according to your body shape is the best way to rock.

If you dress up in a way that does not suit your gait, you definitely will feel the odd man out.

However, if you dress up rather simply, no matter what your body size is, you will rock. You need to find out your style or signature according to your body type.

Also, be open to the dressing and clothes of other cultures. You never know their custom stitched clothes look fit on you rather than the ones you use.

Fourthly, I believe nobody should kill themselves to be someone they are not.https://www.sabahataamir.com/a-changed-body-h…is-where-i-exist/

You may feel good about yourself for some time but in the longer run, you will become frustrated with what you have become.

The man-made appearance comes with a price but the appearance gifted by your Creator can never be undermined. You should always remember that.

The world is a small place. We encounter a lot of people in our day-to-day life and learn a lot from them both consciously and unconsciously.

What, I have learned so far is that Heaven has made a partner for everyone.

They might come soon or late in life but surely will come. And for him/her body size would not matter as he/she would love you for what you are and not how you look in terms of a body.

The soul is the one that needs to be beautiful, appearances and people are short-lived.

People remember us in terms of our deeds and good heart. No one will remember us for what kind of body we had or how satisfied they were with us. So, I will end, with John Keats’s note that beauty is truth and truth is beauty. https://www.azquotes.com/author/7816-John_Keats and that is what one needs to remember in this world.

Think about it. Until next time stay safe and healthy.

Hello Folks!

Have you ever wondered, what would the world be like if happiness didn’t exist at all? Well, I have thought about it many times and today I will lay my emphasis on it. So let’s start.

To begin with, no one really can describe happiness in concrete terms. It is more of a feeling associated with all living beings. Happiness is just like our body temperature which makes us feel different things and analyze them according to the rise and fall in temperature.

For me, no world can exist without happiness. Happiness is one of the elements that make our existence possible. How? You must be wondering. Well, you see, our life is made up of so many elements; pain, sorrow, weakness, downtrodden, pessimism, tragedy, etc.

What elevates us out of this is the illumination of joy, happiness. Just the thought about this illumination puts a smile on our faces. This is Happiness. Who can even think of the possibility of having a world without happiness?

Keeping in view, the death toll and the disease that is prevailing nowadays, still there is hope, a desire to see the good old days and get back to life. This is what happiness gives us.

If we imagine the possibility of having a world without happiness, it is even impossible to comprehend it. Happiness doesn’t require a fortune or even wealth. It is rather the contentment of having what you have at present.

The satiety of being comfortable with whatever means that is available, along with good health and a loving family around is sufficient. You don’t need anything else.

Think of a dying man. His wealth is not going to give him health or love rather it is the investment of time he has done all his life that is going to pay him off at this stage and that my friend is the everlasting happiness for him.

In the end, I would like to add that a world where no happiness exists can either be Hell or lifelessness. We live in a living world made of people, nature, hope, happiness, joy, play, and consciousness.

And till the time these elements are around, we don’t have to worry about the world with no happiness. Think about it. Until next time, stay safe and healthy.

Hello Folks!

It’s been some time since my last post with you and in all that time, I have missed all of you immensely. Today, I will share with you some tips on how to overcome the feeling of being stuck?

Firstly, it is totally normal and natural to be stuck at some point in your life. Everyone has passed this stage now and then but what matters is how you have enabled yourself in dealing with it.

Secondly, you need to think and think and think but not overthink to find the source and tackle it accordingly.

Thirdly, make a list of things that can help you move on if you find yourself stuck in time.

Fourthly, start applying those things that you have put on the list and start reshaping your life.

Fifthly, get professional help if needed. No one in the world can exist in isolation. We all need someone to share our emotions with. And that someone can help alleviate us out of our present situation.

Sixth, try to give yourself some cushion of being a human and not a robot. Try to relax and don’t try to do everything yourself. There is a time when you need to place some of your responsibilities on others who are standing beside you.

Seventhly, just try your best and leave the rest to the ultimate divine for fulfillment. He will answer your efforts.

And lastly, you as an individual might not see what you are doing but people around you are the ones who keep telling you about the work you have done and put a good word for you. So, take it easy. The ultimate plan is always greater.

In the end, I would like to say that all our prayers and efforts would be answered in due course of time. Till the time comes, just hang in there buddy, and don’t lose hope. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Think about it. Until next time stay safe and healthy.
