Serves: 12
Ingredients:
flour 1 cup
baking powder 1+1/2 tsp
salt a pinch
sugar 2/3 cup
cocca powder 1/3 cup
chocolate chips/white chocolate A handful
milk 1/4 cup or yogurt
eggs 2 large size
oil or Margarine 250gms or 1/2 cup
Utensils:
cup cake dish or tray and spatula
mixer
Method
Take a bowl and sift flour and baking powder in it.
Then take another bowl and beat eggs in it for 5 minutes.
Then add sugar,milk,cocoa powder,salt and oil to the mixture.
Now add the sifted flour in the mixture.You can either use a spatula or mixer to mix all the ingredients till they form a consistency.
In the end mix the chocolate chips in the mixure.
Now, put themixture 1 -2 scoops in each brownie shaped mould
Since you have already pre heated the oven to 180 degree,place the tray on the center rack and bake it for 15 to 20 min
After 20 min,prick the cup cakes with a tooth pick or fork ,if the prick comes out dry,it means the brownie is done.
Now , place the rack out in a cool place so that the cup cakes /brownie cools.
When it is cooled, you can either enjoy it as it is or drizzle some chocolate syrup on it or even inject some liquid chocolate in it.

Serves: The whole Family
Ingredients:
Oats (barley or wheat), 2 measuring cups
Flour (all purpose) 1 cup
Dried milk powder 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup or so according to taste
Margarine/vegetable oil 1 bar
Almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dried grapes, chocolate (coarsely chopped)
Method:
Firstly melt margarine and sugar in a sauce pan on a low heat without burning it. Then mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Put the melted batter onto the mixture and mix all. It will take the form of a sticky ball. Line a tin with baking or brown paper and grease it with oil. Put the batter on it and press it firmly on the tin. You can sprinkle chopped chocolate on top and put it in the hot oven for about 15 -20 minutes depending on the temperature of the oven. Make sure to check after 10 minutes. When it’s baked, take the tin out and make marks or cut the slices within the tin. When it is cooled completely, store it in an air tight jar .Now, you have something to bite on when you are craving for a sweet tooth or low on the energy side.

Temperature of oven:180 degree to 200 degree F
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
2/3 cup sugar/grounded brown sugar
1/3 cup coca powder/chocolate chips
1/4 cup yogurt(optional)
1/2 cup margarine/butter/vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
Blender machine
Process:
Take a bowl and put eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and milk in it
Blend it with a whisker or blending machine on high speed
Add oil and coca powder in it
Now put flour and baking powder in it
In the end, put yogurt and chocolate chip in it
Now grease a tin or 6 inch tray
Pour the mixture on it and bake for 30 to 40 min until the cake leaves the side of the tin or the bamboo stick comes out dry when pricked in the cake.
Dish out the cake once it is cooled and you can glaze it as you want.
