Firstly, the Youth/ Teenagers involved in the activity of porn lose their interest in things related to social interaction, developing good friendships, communication with family, and things that can give a boost to their personality.
Secondly, watching pornography is a sin and it can lead to bigger sins. Our Youth/Teens may not be mentally developed to make healthy choices for themselves. Let alone watch such stuff without any parental guidance.
They may or may not be successful while watching the stuff available on the internet. If they are successful in getting what they are looking for; parents/mentors need to be watchful regarding their children’s activity on the net without jeopardizing their self-esteem.
There are also cases where the Youth/Teens have been unsuccessful in getting what they needed. These Teens adopt life-risking ways that are not only hazardous to health but can at times be fatal. The effects are always extreme.
Thirdly, Dear Youth, don’t believe everything that is shown in movies. Movies are for entertainment purposes. The producers and directors add spice for flavor. Do not take things for granted. Do your research.
Just think for a moment, can any male in real life have the cock, the size of bamboo? It’s beyond anyone’s imagination and just think for a second, did the directors or producers ever show something related to the man? NO. Then stop this unrealistic thinking and come into the real world.
Fourthly, the size of the organ does not matter in real life. What matters is the love and treatment, one’s life partner has to offer. You have to see what works for you. Respect and Trust is the key factor in matrimony.
You don’t have to mature before time. The race of becoming an adult needs to end and there should be no comparison between who got married first and who was last in the queue or who hasn’t married as yet.
What matters is, whether you married first or last, who is more successful in keeping that bond with fulfillment, grace, integrity, and fairness?
Fifthly, if Youth/Teens develop the habit of watching porn, it will keep them turn on diverting them from things or movies that can positively impact them. They can easily become social outcasts which may in the future lead to many psychological problems.
Sixth, porn leads the Youth/Teen towards viewing every woman/girl from the sex point of view. This often leads to unwanted scenarios and needs to be curbed.
And Lastly, Parents need to discuss things related to sex, sexuality, purity of relationships, body anatomy with their children who are Teens or in the age of Manhood. There is no hard and fast rule that a mother cannot discuss basic things with her son.
Although, there might be cultures where such things are considered to be prohibited. As an enlightened and educated parent, the need of the time is to discuss these things with your children on one to one basis. Children are always looking for someone they can talk to. And this issue can be better addressed by the parents themselves.
Again, options are always available. You are the determining factor in your child’s healthy development. Think about it. Until next time, stay safe and Healthy.

Today, I am going to tell you FIVE of the very basic yet useful tips that are required for losing body weight and will result towards a successful YOU in no time. I am not going to talk about any diet plans or brands of food to eat or even run to the gyms to lose body weight. Apparently, we may be different but inside we are the same. Except there are some exceptions to certain foods and allergies. But the tips down here are useful for all body types.
Firstly, every morning, drink one glass of water on an empty stomach as it neutralizes the toxins in the body. This is the most useful tip on losing body weight fast and easy. If you are not used to drinking  plain water, you can always add a teaspoon of honey with a freshly grated lime in it. There are so many other options like you can experiment with the herbs in your kitchen shelf. You will notice remarkable changes in your body within a couple of days.You can look forward toward a successful YOU in a matter of time.
Secondly, Eat an apple with your breakfast. why? It fills the stomach. Apple is well-known for many things, such as anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. It is good for the cardiovascular health, reduces risks of diabetes, weight loss, low cholesterol, provides strength to bones and detoxes the body. As they say; an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your whole day depends on what you are consuming in your breakfast .It should be a mix of fruits, oats, barleys, cereals , egg, milk and fresh seasonal fruit. This energy will keep you going through most of your day.
Thirdly, eat organic foods be it in the form of fruits, vegetables, meat or even drinks. Organic fruits and vegetables contain  more vitamin C, more iron, more magnesium, and more phosphorus. Our body was designed to eat a balanced diet free from preservatives. The consumption of foods rich in sugars and preservatives lead us away from having a successful YOU. And this takes us away from achieving our goal of losing body weight.
Fourthly, do take out 30 minutes to do a set of exercises where it is mostly needed; can be any part of the body. Every body type is different. See what works out best for you. Can be simple walk, or jump or skipping or meditating. You are the best judge of your body. While exercising do not forget to drink water as required. Just do not over due either exercise or over consumption of water.
And lastly, a goodnight sleep is the key to weight losing. For every person a different sleep pattern works. For some 3—4 hours sleep is sufficient. Others would require a 6-8 hours sleep. There is no set pattern of sleep for all individuals. As I have said earlier, you will have to devise your own mechanism and then follow it. A good night sleep can bring miracles to your life be it in terms of success, management, relationships, work etc. Do not compromise on your sleep folks.
These tips are the most easy way to lose body weight and lead towards a successful YOU, a brighter future to success. These cannot be achieved in a day but I, guarantee you if you are steadfast and determined to bring a change in your life, you are just a step away from achieving your dream of a successful you.
