SCHOOLS REDEFINED; UPCLOSE AND PERSONAL
Hello Folks!
Have you ever wondered what our children think about schools and the education being imparted there? So today, I will share with you some eye-openers regarding redefining schools. An up-close personal encounter with children. Let’s start.
Firstly, according to children schools are a form of child-labor and fits into the category perfectly.
See according to the definition; The term “child labor” refers to the exploitation of children through any form of work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential, and their dignity.
And it refers to the exploitation of children through any form of work that deprives children of their childhood, is harmful to physical and mental development.
It refers to work that: is mentally, physically, socially, or morally dangerous and harmful to children.
Secondly, children are exploited in schools and even online either by the bullying of some fellow students and even by teachers who take out their frustration on the child attending the class.
Thirdly, children are deprived of their childhood as school timings are from early morning till late in the evening. A child spends his or her maximum time in school where he/she might learn a new concept or might not understand it at all.
All this results in more labor and hard work when children are going to tuition centers for clarity of the stuff the school was meant to provide.
The burden of homework, uncleared concepts, and projects create a lot of conflict in the minds of young kids who feel stranded with bonded labor not able to enjoy family interaction or functions. And even attend their funeral.
Fourthly, studies show that about 83 percent of children suffer stress due to school.
Fifthly, the syllabus that is been taught for ages does not apply to practical life. It’s all theory. Modern-day requires modern-day techniques and approach. Old and rotten syllabus won’t help them excel in life.
Those minds that are creative and agents of change are lying wasted and the new batch getting ready is aiming towards a wasteful future with the old and rotten syllabus along with the rotten minds running the helm of affairs.
Sixth, for children schools, now are preparation for hell. A place where they are trained to bifurcate between high and low in the name of classes.
Principles wrapped in a golden box of lies, staining the minds with rules and discipline to be found nowhere except their own torn selves.
Unable to find the righteous path with so many multifaceted faces. Strangled between their own judgment and the realities of life.
In the end, I would say that our systems are in dire need of a change.
To our children, the school systems or any other educational system, are a warehouse of continuous depression and work. We, as agents of change, need to think about young agents of change.
We are standing at a very crucial stage. Think about it. Until next time, stay safe and healthy.

SECRETS
Hello Folks!
Have you ever wondered about the underlying secrets behind a business or an individual’s life? I am sure you would have thought about them many a time. So today, I will share with you a few secrets that I have gained along the way. So let’s start.
Firstly, have a positive attitude towards whatever you pursue. It can be from a small scale to a larger scale but it requires positivity. No matter how hard things might seem in the beginning, only a positive attitude will take you ahead.
Secondly, look around for people having similar minds, not backgrounds. An enlightened mind is always beneficial as compared to a narrow mind especially when it comes to business. One may differ in qualifications but the similarity of minds will come in handy to all.
Thirdly, eliminate the word of can’t do it. If you want to make things work out for you and your business, you need to try your best to do it, be it going against all odds.
Fourthly, never be afraid of people. You will meet all kinds of people along the way especially non-serious and the ones who will distract you from your purpose. Don’t let them get to your nerves. Trust your guts and keep doing your work.
Fifthly, along the way to success, don’t forget those who are a part of your success. Keep them along yourself and reward them with due motivation, perks, and rewards whenever you can.
Sixth, focus on one thing at a time. All successful businesses/individuals focus on one thing at a time. They develop and promote that product first and then progress successively.
And Lastly, don’t miss out on hard work as it is the major key to success. No one in the world has triumphed with luck only. As the proverb goes, No pain, no gain.
In the end, I would like to say that the above mentioned are the secrets to a successful business and an individuals’ life. But, what tops these all is one’s gratitude, faith towards good, and prayers to and from. If one can achieve these markers, success is not far behind.
Think about it. Until next time, stay safe and healthy.

THE PUBLIC
Hello Folks!
Today, I aim to bring to you, a matter of grave importance to us all. There is a lot of food for thought. So let’s start.
With the ongoing COVID scenario, many of us are living below the poverty line.
Now, it’s not just one class rather it’s the public at large who are facing extreme conditions. The salaried persons are no better than the daily wagers. There was a time when a bare amount could sustain many families and yet could make fortunes out of it.
With the everyday dose of increase in price hikes i.e electricity, gas, net, telephone, and workers salary, etc., Now, the scenario is that a person having a salary ranging 50,000/- PAK Rupees to 200000/-PAK Rupees is facing problems in sustaining necessities.
These are just general expenditures. There are some expenditures beyond these which comprise ethical and empathic expenditures. And if a person fails to fulfill these expenditures, one dies every day.
Parents are the living example in this scenario. A parent takes great pride in providing necessities and all to their children whatever great or low they might have. But the present scenario has made them miserable especially when they look into their empty pockets and are embarrassed to offer what they have left.
However, the children who have seen the good and bad times together are beyond these changes and are still clung to them like honey to bees.
This is the true love of families. Despite the Economic crisis within the families, the bond of family ties has not broken instead it has strengthened.
This, however, makes me think about the present government and its policies. What are they doing in this regard? To me and to every common man, we are observing the scenario of LOOK BUSY AND DO NOTHING.
If 20 kg of basic staple food (flour) has reached the rate of 1050/- PAK Rupees and Sugar is talking with the sky, where are we to go from here?
Whatever was the scenario in the past with other governments of the time, the public at large did not die like this. if there was a shortage of one thing the public at large was compensated with something else.
Think about it before it is too late. Until next time stay safe and healthy.
