THE BLAME GAME

Hello Folks!

Long time since my last post. I have missed you all tremendously. Today, I aim at bringing to your real-life experiences, the entity named women/girl/daughter/sister/wife, etc., faces at large.

With the backdrop of incidents going on in my part of the world, a question that keeps occurring in my mind and others ‘ too, is when will the time, in reality, come when I too will breathe again.

The events that have been taking place for the past many weeks are so traumatizing for the concerned that they have made our everyday lives a living hell.

And you know what the most pinching thing is that the authorities know who is at fault yet they do a lip service settling it under the carpet?

My question for the literate and illiterate alike is that when will the time come when the woman is not the target and the blame game will end?

And the so-called Human Rights will be enforced in real? Where are we heading as a nation?

Frankly, nowhere.Towards, doom. That is the place where we are going.

Unless and until the factors that are giving heed to the blame game comes to an end, we as women, can’t breathe in this polluted society.

With the ever-growing series of events, many highs positioned, and career-oriented women are sitting in their homes.

Either they are relying on passive income or facing the daily blame game for not being good enough to run a home or bring up well-mannered children.

Where is it written that bringing up children is only the responsibility of a woman? In our part of the world, the rules only apply to the female Gender who are blamed for everything especially using her brain.

As a man, you should actually be thankful, there is someone who has a brain in the mind that thinks and not a penis that works for one’s pleasure only.

This is our society at large. Here only 10% would be the ones who really have a brain instead of a thinking penis.

The rest is the cult, only following their penis’, violating the respect and self of a woman, and being defended and set free at the end of the day.

As a woman, I fail to breathe at the hands of this male chauvinist society where a minor girl wearing an abaya is raped and it is the fault of the girl because her clothes were inviting.

In an Islamic country, how can a fully covered body be entertaining and inviting to be raped?

Nonetheless, our national dress is the shalwar kameez, which is mostly a fully covered dress. How can such a dress invite the oppressors to harass a woman? It is simply madness to this blame game.

Being an influencer, or activist of an ambassador or officer or a prime Minister, etc., does not entitle a male entity to go beyond all moral standards and display an act of animosity where the only thing working is their penis’.

The need of the time is a changed mindset and the end to the blame game. How can one expect the youth of today to be leaders of the future?

If society as a whole takes the responsibility of keeping an eye on the wrong and reporting it on time instead of watching and being a spectator to the ongoing crime, only then can women/girls, at large be able to breathe again.

As a mother, a wife, an activist, an educationist, I see the fear penetrating everywhere especially within girls as to whether going out of their house walls can be their last day?

Did we bear, our girls for this day to see the cruel, animous and faceless, face of this society?

Or did we demand a separate home where we can live in a land which we can call our own and practice the charter of human rights?

If this is going to be the cost of demanding our birthright then give us the necessary tools too, to keep ourselves and our kind safe too.

And if the authorities can’t do that then give your places to those who can in reality serve their duty or wait for Revolutions to take place. As there is a limit to the blame game. Think about it before it is too late.

NEW BEGINNINGS; THE POWER OF SELF HEALING

Hello Folks!

The Search for I/Me is like a book of new beginnings that is similar to coming into this world. Except for the fact that our realities differ then and now in terms of self-healing and discovery.https://www.sabahataamir.com/what-makes-life-worth-living/

When we come into this world, we are accepted as Individuals with open arms irrespective of our Genders or the attitude we may form in the later years of our life. This not only alters our individuality but tends to make us a cog, strangled in Reality altogether.

As we grow older our personality starts taking the shape formulated by other people’s opinions/family/relatives/ society etc. In this whole process the word, I/Me/Individuality is lost in the abyss giving power to the Reality of bonds.

We become what others want us to become. Some people accept this as their fate whereas others whom the society calls by such names as rebels, stereotypes, black sheep, or even as vagabonds do not accept this fate.

Today, I will give you an insight into such people and the power of self-healing. This blog is based on my personal observations and experiences.

VAGABONDS:

Firstly, they are no vagabonds. They are as much as you and me but with a slightly different lens to view the world. They are the real people for they are simple, honest, truthful, and take the world as it is. I would unhesitantly say that they are as pure and innocent as babies.

ACCEPTANCE:

Secondly, they are never accepted for who they are. They have to fight all their life to make people understand them and to accept who they are. I would not call such people stereotypes.

They are like visionaries who look a step forward which common people cannot see. More or less they are like people born out of their time. History is full of examples of such people who were born in the wrong place, in the wrong time then, and even in the present times.

YEARNING:

Thirdly, they have a yearning, a thirst to be felt needed, wanted, and be loved and owned by their family.

Here too, they are out cased and thrown in front of the selfish world like some lunatic to learn lessons and behave according to the family desires and thinking. These people need to be recognized and be brought up according to their needs and thinking.

 

ROLE OF PARENTS

Fourthly, parents need to update themselves according to the latest technology, training, and psychological patterns of human behavior to let their children be who they want to be. Turning down their thoughts and creativity paralyzes them for life.

Putting oneself in their shoes and sensing how it feels to shun one’s right to liberty, though, experimenting with things a child/adult thinks important to him. How can they fly if you as parents cut their wings?

STRANGLED:

Fifthly, they are strangled in the bond of acceptance from family. Further, when they move into family life, they are strangled into another bond of relationship.

Such relationship be it fruitful or fruitless has to continue in the name of what people may say or that parents won’t accept you for speaking out.

Either, the life is ended by remaining bonded with the burdened relationship or one achieves ultimate freedom. It all depends on how sound you are in terms of survival.

MANIPULATIONS:

Sixth, while going through all the processes, one is manipulated according to the situation; yes that applies to all of us. We are molded through trial and experience and turn out to be what we are.

But the stereotypes are the ones who come out as gems. They are the ones who truly show who they are? They are the ones who change the people around them.

They take the pains of people as their own, distributing smiles along the way, living a pauper life yet ready to give whatever they have especially their goodness of heart and time.

 

In the end, I would like to say that we are no one to judge who is a vagabond or a stereotype. We all come with a purpose to serve. Some find that purpose earlier yet others spent all their lives to find that purpose strangled in various forms.

And during that journey, we may hurt many through our actions but that does not mean we do not love them or care any less for them. It is just that we are as naive as they are and are struggling to co-exist. As Roy T. Bennett,

I have often wondered what can be more powerful than killing yourself to achieve a dream body. And you know what? I have cracked the code. Love yourself.

Today, I will give you an insight into why you should love yourself. And forget dieting. So let’s start.

Dieting cannot make us love ourselves or let us have a dream body as it is for a short period of time. It only works till the time we are dieting.

The moment we let go away, the diet we are following, we are prone to gain more weight and have diseases we are unaware of.

So if we/you want to achieve a dream body, you/we need to quit the term called dieting.

There are so many diets used for weight loss for achieving a dream body like the fad diet, low carb diet, soup diet, keto diet, weight loss diets, vegetarian diets, etc.,

Unfortunately, all these diets are temporary causing far more side effects than regular eating.

The reason why people gain more weight is the loss of muscle and fat during dieting resulting in the addition of fat.

To fix this problem you need to have a healthy lifestyle that is balanced with Aerobic exercises and rightly weight training programs.

This will make up for the toning of muscle and the removal of additional fat in specific areas.

Some of the core components/elements that are needed by our body to properly function are missed out when we opt for dieting.

The missing the following components/elements from our diet has a more detrimental effect on our bodies than can be imagined.

CALORIES

Firstly, we need Calories to carry out our day-to-day activities.

Our health problems may be on the rise if we are not careful about the consumption of calories intake.

Dieting makes us feel weak and tired all the time by decreasing our level of blood sugar.

The dropping of our sugar level can lead to fainting and in extreme cases to unconsciousness.

CARBOHYDRATES

ELEMENTS FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Secondly, Carbohydrates too are needed for carrying out physical activities.

They have a lot of health benefits such as boosting the brain and reducing the risk of cancer.

Thus, improving sleep patterns, and metabolism, regulating weight loss, etc.

While dieting we must be aware of the good carbohydrates found in rice, corn, and cereal which can be consumed in small amounts.

Plus bad carbohydrates found in sugary drinks and some dairy products need to be eliminated from our diet to make it healthier.

FIBERS

ELEMENTS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

Thirdly, Dieting reduces our intake of Fiber which is necessary for low cholesterol and protects us from constipation.

Fibers are a great source of food found in whole wheat grain, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.,

During dieting, we may not be having nuts or beans or even pulses to make up for the fiber intake leading us towards constipation and stomach issues.

SMALL INTAKE OF NUTS

Fourthly, a small amount of all necessary vitamins, minerals, fruits, nuts, and vegetables, along with natural and organic foods needs to be consumed.

By doing this, you will only end up loving yourself more.

PROTEINS

And Lastly, while on a diet, you need to take small portions of food having Proteins in them.

Proteins play a critical role in the body.

They not only act as an antibody, enzymes, or even as structural components, etc., in the body;

but are also required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs.

In the end, I would like to reiterate that the consumption of healthy foods in a balanced way, will help us achieve a dream body and love ourselves,

If you want to have a positive change in your life and achieve a dream body; you need to stop dieting and starving yourself and start loving yourself.

That way you will be able to harness your energies ad life positively.

Starvation will only adversely affect your body, bringing no positive results.

Start eating a healthy diet with a variety of food options along with the number of calorie counts derived from food ingredients.
