Today, I will share with you an Indo-Chinese cuisine that is popular worldwide. So, let’s start.

Chicken Manchurian is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manchurian_(dish)a popular dish in Indian cuisine. It is also known as Chicken Manchow in Canada.
This dish originated in China, but it is now popular all over the world.
The main ingredient of this dish is chicken, which is deep-fried and then stir-fried with vegetables and sauces.
It is a dish that is typically served in Indian restaurants.
The name of the dish comes from the two types of sauces that are used to make it – Manchurian sauce and ida sauce.
The Manchurian sauce is made from soy sauce, rice vinegar, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, and chili flakes. It has a tangy flavor and a thick consistency.
Ida sauce is made from tamarind pulp, tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, and sugar. It has a sweet taste with an acidic edge to it.
Chicken (half kg)
Salt (01 teaspoon)
Garlic paste (01 tablespoon)
Black Pepper (half teaspoon)
chili flakes (01 tablespoon)
soya sauce (01-1/2 teaspoon)
egg (01)
flour (4 Tablespoon)
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and add corn flour and the egg to it. Leave the batter for 15-20 minutes for an exotic taste.
Now, preheat the wok with oil for frying. Once the marinated chicken turns to beautiful golden color, take it out and put it on a tissue to absorb excess oil.

In the meantime, in another wok, take 02 tablespoons of oil and add 01 tablespoon of chopped garlic and 01 tablespoons of chopped ginger to the oil.
Keep stirring at a low/medium flame.
Add 2-3 chilies, and about 1-2 spring onions, add 01 Capsicum cut into cubes, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
After this, add 01 medium-sized Onion to the rest of the vegetables and stir fry.

Now add 01 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of red chili in it.
Now add 01 tablespoon of vinegar and 01 tablespoon of soya sauce and keep stirring.
After 01 minute, add 1/4 cup of Knorr Ketchup and 1/4 cup of Knorr chili sauce, and 01 teaspoons of sugar. Now mix all, in the wok, still on the stove. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon of Paprika and 01 cups of water to the mixture. Then add chicken to the wok
After this add 1-2 tablespoons of corn flour along with 3 tablespoons of water in it. Now, mix the ingredients. When the gravy starts thickening add some lentils to it.
Walla, it’s ready to dish out and serve.
You can either serve it with white rice or noodles as you desire.

INGREDIENTS:
08 oz plain white flour
01 packet/6 g yeast
1/2 tsp salt
04 oz castor sugar
01 oz butter
75-120ml milk
01 large egg (beaten)
1 1/2 tablespoon raspberry/strawberry jam
grated rind of 01 lemon
oil for frying
UTENSILS:
bowl, pan for frying, spoons, cling wrap, round cutter or any round cap, big and small will do, baking sheet
METHOD:
First, sift the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and stir in yeast and 1/2 oz of sugar.
Then, cut butter into small pieces and rub it into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Now, beat the egg and mix it in the dough. Also, warm milk and put it in the mixture.
Now, knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
After that take a clean bowl, lightly oil it, and put the dough in it. Cover it either with a cling wrap or a wet towel and place it in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it rises or doubles in quantity.
when it has risen take the dough out and knead it on the floured surface until smooth. Now cut the dough in half. Roll it out and cut it round with whatever is available with you.
With the remaining half, roll out, make small balls and insert the jam in it and then close the balls.
Now place the doughnuts on a lightly greased baking sheet and cover them with a clean towel in a warm place until the size doubles for about 30 to 45 min.
Now, heat the oil in a deep frying pan. If you have a thermometer to check the temperature (375degree F), its good, or you can simply put a piece of bread and see if it turns brown. If it does, put a few donuts and fry for 2-3 minutes. Turn their sides with a spatula until they are golden brown.
Then take them out and put them on a sheet to cool.
mix the remaining sugar and lemon rind in a bag or in a plate and put the dried out donut in the bag for a complete toss around.
Serve the doughnut while still warm.
You can also serve them with whip cream or chocolate glaze with sprinkles.
