THE BLAME GAME

UPCLOSE AND PERSONAL

Hello Folks!

Recently, I have been going through a lot of turmoil regarding the online classes and the problems at hand. Today, I aim at discussing these problems, the Blame Game, and the suffering party. So let’s start.

The foremost problem that students are facing online is regarding I.T issues. Even the most competent lot has failed to understand basic issues related to I.T; let alone the teachers.

How hard is it to turn on a simple computer and apply the appropriate software to the system? What are the so-called big systems installed in school doing in this regard except blaming each other regarding the responsibility?

The second problem that students are facing online is the lack of delivery regarding lessons. I won’t deny the fact that people who have been teaching all their life face to face find this mode of delivery rather difficult but trust me guys it’s not that difficult. You just need to get the hang of it. There is a way to everything if one has the will to do it.

Our children have proved this by grasping the new modes then why can’t the deliverers do the same. There is no insult to learning something new. At the age of 43, I am learning each day from my children, surroundings, and like-minded people. So can you.

The third problem that students are facing is the biases on part of the teachers. All students deserve attention and no single student should be sidelined for your meaningless biases.

The fourth problem that students are facing online is regarding the explanation of a topic. Research is good no doubt but even to research children/students need concepts. Without explanation, you can’t expect a student to write a Research paper. So stop giving video links in the first place rather, start explaining.

The fifth problem that students are facing is the blame game. Every time a student account is locked, the one responsible doesn’t take the responsibility rather the vicious cycle begins of blaming; switching from one department to the other.

And in this whole blame game who is the sufferer? Not the schools. It is the students who suffer each day. The institutions are getting their share in the form of fees. Why should they even care for the loss a student has to go through?

And Lastly, the problem that students have to face is the wrath of the teachers who are exposed at the hands of students for telling the truth. It’s a shame such teachers bring on the whole community of teachers/Educationists.

Dear Institutions, it is not COVID that is to be blamed. Rather it has always been your attitude due to which the endless number of students have suffered as well as their parents who are just clients to you.

Of all private schools, The CITY SCHOOL is, unfortunately, the worst institution, I have found so far. All corrupt to the core. The more you try to analyze, the more darkness you will find within. It’s too late for you to even think about it as you are at a point of no return.

May God Almighty help you and ease the pains of the sufferer.

FLAWS OF PARENTING

Hello Folks!

Have you ever wondered even parents, too can commit serious crimes in the name of Parenting?

Today, I will share with you what are the things that give birth to Flawed Parenting? So, let’s start.

Firstly, as a parent, it is our responsibility to give the best products to the community in the form of children who will make the future generations.

And in doing this, we need to be very strict in terms of the values that we are imparting.

Secondly, while imparting the core values of love, respect, honesty, care, help, etc, are we as parents observing the same thing? If not, then we should know how the product would be.

Another thing that adds to flawed parenting is the emotions of jealously, love, hate, pain, etc.

These are natural emotions and some emotions need to be subsided to have the best product but if as parents, you try to cover up their mischiefs, you are committing a crime and giving rise to flawed parenting.

Fourthly, actions have repercussions. Any mistake that is committed and tried to be concealed leads to crimes of grave nature.

To prevent such crimes, own up these mistakes and teach your children the same.

Fifthly, as a parent, you might be successful in preventing your children from a small incident but in the longer run, it will only make your child insecure and fearful.

Children who face bullying or are treated weak and told to be strong often turn out to be stronger than the bullies in the long run.

They are not bullies but are the real fighters and that is the real product the world needs.

It is my humble request to all parents who think covering up for a child will benefit him or her is grievously wrong in doing so.

You are turning them into a monster who thinks can get away with anything. But in the long run, such monsters are always crushed by their own benefactors.

Think about it before it is too late.

SIGNS/SYMBOLS

Hello Folks!

I have often wondered why is it said, one should always look for signs/symbols? Over the years, I have come to understand the reason for this.

Today, I aim at talking about signs/symbols and how they affect our day to day life. So let’s start.

As an individual, in our day to day life, I observe and look for signs/symbols that can smooth one’s life. And believe me, these signs are very transparent.

You just need to respond to them.

Most of the time, we are alone in life. We may not have parents who can attend to our problems or needs or siblings or our marital relations.

It is these signs/symbols that pull us through these times.

I would rather say that it is God in one or the other form who is protecting us from evil and bad that is spread out in the world and society at large.

We, as individuals and as a whole need to have a positive bent of mind to grasp these signs and symbols. Positivity always draws positivity, remember that.

In our day to day conversation with people at large, we come across all kinds of people.

I would recommend all of you to have a positive approach towards people. You never know, with what bent of mind they are approaching you.

They might be in grave need of talking to someone or might be going through some trouble in their financial lives. Don’t worry they will not ask for your money.WHY?

The reason is if they have self-respect, they will always offer you their skill in response to which you in return will offer them money. It is a two-way trade and you my friend, need to be vigilant to assess this.

The internet is full of fake and fraud people, I know and have seen much-extorting money from the innocent in the name of help and all kind of stories. Use your brain and don’t become prey to their sugar-coated tongue.

All the same, I would not deny the fact that this is the trouble times, and you never know, who around the corner is in desperate need and approaches you.

There are times when you need to listen to your heart than your mind and this is the reason why I reiterate on looking for signs/symbols around you.

And let me tell you one more thing, it is the Creator’s will to put fear and sympathy for the needy in your heart. Keep on doing your share without thinking for a moment, what will happen next.

There is a reason for people and events to come your way. Sometimes, you become a beacon of light for others, and sometimes it is vice versa. Whatever, the scenario, adapt accordingly.

Our Holy Book, again and again, refers us to look for signs and read between the lines. For, there is a clue for those who seek. Think about it.
