Hello Folks!🖐
With the overall scenario of despair and demotivation going on around especially when we are searching for jobs and looking for places to fit into; what is the 3 key to boosting your inner confidence?
Today, I will lay my focus on these crucial keys. So let’s start.
There are all kinds of strategies, ways of thinking, patterns of behavior, and, practical tips for improving your life and feeling better about yourself;
but they’re all redundant if the foundation isn’t there.
That foundation is the real you, the you that you know deep down you are.
The trick is that it takes confidence to find that and to bring out who you are – here are the three keys to real inner confidence.
1. Get to know your Values:
Personal values are a big passion of mine and I often get carried away with myself when I talk about them.
I make no apology for that though – they’re one of the most important things you can know about yourself and are vital in getting genuine inner confidence.
Your values are ten thousand feet down inside you, right at the very core of who you are; and they’re the building blocks, the foundations, and cornerstones for you.
A value is something in yourself, in others, or, in the world that’s most important to you, and could include things like beliefs, progress, family, fun, nature, achievement, or freedom.
Why is it that some people and situations leave you feeling angry, frustrated, demotivated, or deflated?
It’s because one or more of your values is being denied, suppressed, or, repressed –
and we experience that as a negative experience because it denies a fundamental piece of who you are.
Do you know those times when you’ve felt really alive, amazing, or buzzing?
Those are the times when one or more of your values are being honored, and you can get more of that by living according to them.
Your values are all yours, and no matter what happens, no one can ever take them away.
You can have absolute confidence in them because they’re always there just waiting for you to notice and use them.
When you get to know your values, you can start to make choices and align your life around them.
It’s so simple and it feels amazing because all that means is that you’re allowing who you are to live in the real world.
2. Exercise the Muscle:
Confidence is a muscle, and like any muscle, you need to exercise it so that it doesn’t shrink and waste away.
The problem is that unlike your biceps or glutes, which tend to stay in the same place, your confidence muscle can be harder to find.
How do you develop your biceps or firm up your glutes?
By doing exercises that are designed to work that muscle over a while until you see the results you were looking for. It’s just the same with confidence.
Let’s say that you’re the kind of person that doesn’t take many risks, the type of person who goes through each day doing what needs to be done and doing it well, but not really stretching yourself.
You might talk yourself out of doing something because it’s too scary
or because you think to yourself ‘I’m not good enough,’ ‘that’s not who I am’ or ‘I don’t really want it anyway.’
That kind of person lives within what they know and what keeps them safe and comfortable.
The fewer risks they take, the less confident they need to be and so the less confident they become.
To work your confidence muscle, you need to be prepared to take risks – big or small.
You need to be willing to stretch yourself in an unfamiliar direction, to try something new, or try something in a slightly different way.
You need to open yourself up to the possibilities around you and push yourself to increase what you know, what you do really and, and who you are.
The more open you are to risk, opportunity, and possibility the more confident you need to be, and so the more confidence you’ll develop.
That’s your confidence muscle – the question is, what are you going to do to exercise it?”
3. Positive thoughts and Trust in Yourself:
The power of positive thinking is a well-known phenomenon. It has been studied extensively and it has been shown that people who have a more positive outlook on life are happier, healthier, and more successful.
Challenging life situations are inevitable for all of us.
Although they may seem frightening and overwhelming at first, they can be used as an opportunity to change your life perspective to cultivate positive thoughts and trust in yourself.
1. Journaling:
Journaling is a great way to get in touch with your thoughts and feelings. It also helps you to stay focused on your goals and dreams.
One of the most popular reasons for journaling is that it can help reduce stress. Journaling has been shown to help people sleep better, feel less anxious, and have more positive thoughts.
Journaling improves your mood by allowing you to express how you feel in a safe environment.
It also helps you create a personal narrative that will be beneficial down the road when trying to understand who you are as an individual and what your life has been like so far.
2. Meditation:
Meditation is a practice that has been around for thousands of years. It is used to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
It can also help with addiction and weight loss.https://www.sabahataamir.com/love-yourself/
Meditation can be done in many different ways. Some people like to sit cross-legged on the floor.
While others like to lie down on their back or even walk in a park.
The most important thing is that you are comfortable and relaxed during meditation.
3. Forgiveness:
Forgiveness is the process of letting go of resentment, anger, or thoughts of revenge.
You can forgive someone who has hurt you in some way. The person who has been forgiven feels relief and a sense of being unburdened.
Forgiveness is a noble act. It takes courage to walk away from grudges and hatred in your heart.
Forgiveness can be difficult to do but it’s worth it because it can help you heal and find peace within yourself.https://www.sabahataamir.com/are-you-born-to-be-an-optimist/

HI!
We are all looking forward towards a fresh start if we have already not entered into it. Today, I want to share with you certain strategies that might help you in landing towards your New Years expectations. So hop on and take with me this wonderful journey.https://www.sabahataamir.com/a-flash-back-2021/
Firstly, I would like all of you to take out that list you made in the start of 2021.

Now, I want you to cross out what you have achieved in this year and be happy about it.
If you think, there is something you want to keep for the next year, add it to the next year list or make a wholly new list.
Secondly, be clear in identifying your priorities. Write down your priorities very clearly and act on it accordingly.
You need to be specific while prioritizing them. It can relate to career or lifestyle or relationships or family or purpose in life.https://www.forbes.com/sites/kathycaprino/2018/11/28/three-simple-steps-to-identify-your-life-purpose-and-leverage-it-in-your-career/?sh=72f32eb8695f
The Third strategy would require you to act on it and not just merely put it in writing.
For it is the act that shows we are working for it in real. We need to go out there and do our thing.
How do you suppose to achieve results without working for them? You are all amazing people and have great capability to achieve your goals.
Fourthly, be persistent in whatever you are pursuing or aim to pursue. Do not lose hope if you do not get according to your expectations.
What important is the process which enables you to achieve your goals. Do not worry about how big or small they are? If you are persistent you will definitely achieve them sooner or later.
Fifthly, try to be around people who know your worth. They are the ones who understand your potential and will help you in attaining your goals.
Help necessarily does not mean monetary terms. It comes in all forms. A listening ear or a crying shoulder are all forms of help.
So look for people who elevate you both mentally and spiritually. At the same time also give them a breathing space. After all, they are human.
And lastly, do not penalize yourself for not achieving a certain goal in the year ahead or the years gone by. Learn to live in the power of Now. Take care of the seconds and the minutes will take care of the rest.
Think about it. Until next time, great blessings for you in the years ahead.
Stay safe and healthy.
Happy Reading.
