To have a successful life, we need to incorporate healthy on the go snacks. As an individual, I would never recommend, just pick and fetch snacks on the go. Rather, I would recommend snacks which everyone can prepare the night before or even in the morning. There are so many things to prepare. Can be fruit bars, or dark chocolate cookies, or smoothies, or vegetables stuffed. Whatever, it is, it has to be healthy. Let us discuss some of the healthy snacks that one can take with them.

 

Firstly, one should always make a time table on weekly basis as what is their schedule in the coming week; whether they will have ample time to cook a detailed meal or not. If schedule is very hard to make for the regular meals, then we all fall back on the healthy snacks. Since we all live in an age where time is running, we have to look after our dietary requirements. Smoothies are quicker to prepare and full of energy and antioxidants. One can always freeze a fruit a night before and early morning prepare a smoothie by adding mint or nuts to it.

 

Secondly, one can make a seasonal fruit salsa and take it to one’s working place or so. Fruits not only fill the stomach but have great nutritional value as well. They also satisfy the sweet tooth because they have natural sugars in them. Even fruit bars are a treat. They are simple and easy to prepare. You can simply prepare them in a microwave or even without one. I will share some of my favorite recipes in the article related to how to prepare healthy snack recipes?

 

Thirdly, cookies are something every kid and adult likes to eat. For a conscious adult, cookies combined with dark chocolate and nuts are just yum. Keeping in mind the calories intake, one can always combine their favorite nuts or berries with the chocolate. Even thinking about it, makes my mouth water. This is one of a healthy go snacks.

 

Fourthly, Chia  pudding too is fulfilling and has quite a good amount of fiber, proteins and minerals to provide energy. Chia seeds can either be used alone or accompanied by blue berries, banana and almonds. One can add a variety according to ones liking and through exploring. Only through exploring and experimenting can one find ones liking and what one may be allergy too.

 

Fifthly, if one has a savory tooth, one can always make a chicken pea and black bean salsa. It not only fills the stomach but also gives energy to carry out daily activities. Both these pulses keeps the hunger away for a long time. One can also bake them and use in the form of bars.

 

Sixthly, boiled eggs stuffed in tomatoes, slightly seasoned and baked are excellent go on snacks. They are fulfilling and nutritious. Eggs have great health benefits and are a good source of vitamins. They are good for even weight loss. And  tomatoes too have a great many health benefits; one mainly, it detoxifies the body and works well on the skin and prevents eye diseases.

 

Lastly, one can also prepare yogurt fruit pops, refrigerate them and take with them where ever one goes. It is not only unique but is altogether an experience worth remembering. All snacks if they serve the right purpose; which is a healthy life can become a successful life.

 

Healthy on go snacks, are not something one can find on the shelves. They need to be prepared on a hygienic level as well as home prepared and freshly made lasting for 3 to 5 days maximum. Plus, these snacks should be free from any kind of preservative. Only, then can we call such snacks healthy on the go snacks leading to have a successful life.

CONSUMPTION OF HEALTHY FOODS;

Our food determines what we are prone to become. You probably would be knowing this already. Now the question is what are these healthy foods people talk about so much ; And what foods are the absolute fittest for becoming healthier and fitter. Does the consumption of healthy foods lead to a healthier and fitter you.  Today,I will narrate some of the healthy foods along with the quantity to be consumed on weekly basis. These will make your diet more fit and in return make you more healthy.Some of them are Olive  Oil,Quinoa,Almonds,Whole Eggs,Black Beans and Oatmeal.

Firstly, is Olive oil which is rich in good mono unsaturated fat, making it an ideal food for Heart  health. It has potent anti-inflammatory properties. It can help reduce pain and swelling. In addition to cooking with olive oil ,one can use it as a dressing for one’s salad.

Similarly,Quinoa is also a great source of fiber and B vitamins.It  is neither a grain or cereal grain, but a seed, and does not contain gluten. It is ideal for people who do not like to eat other whole grains. It can be used 2-3 servings per week.

Black Beans  too have more fiber per serving than any other member of the legume family. They might be tiny but beans can help you feel active and fuller longer than almost anything else you can eat. It swells in your stomach and promotes a feeling of fullness.  Like meat, they are also packed with protein. But unlike meat, they have no saturated fats.One can consume black beans 2 times per week.

How can we forget Oatmeal.There is nothing better than a bowl of oatmeal to boost your energy levels. Oatmeal is also filled with stress fighting and immunity boosting zinc. Oatmeal can also help promote weight loss and lower our risk of heart disease. It is filled with high levels of soluble fiber that protect your heart. The best oatmeal, is available in the form of a tub which you can cook according to your desire by adding all the fruits and nuts you like. You can consume 3-4 servings of oatmeal per week.

Fifthly, are Almonds which are high in protein, fiber, and  vitamin E. They are great for your heart, digestive system, and skin. They are also loaded with healthy unsaturated fats. The amount of calories that nuts have is never absorbed into the body. If you want to work more almonds into your diet, keep a bag of lightly seasoned almonds with you at work rather than hitting the vending machine for intake of sugary stuff. You can also use it in your smoothies and use as a spread instead of Nutella or preservative full sauces. Almonds can be consumed 3 times a week.

And Lastly,are Whole Eggs. They are among the most nutritious foods around us. They are not only rich in proteins but also consist of all essential nutrients and minerals that a body needs.

An egg a day can give protection against diseases such as cardio vascular, lowering Low-Density Lipo -proteins cholesterol, supporting eye health, reducing risk of breast cancer, preventing fatigue, promoting weight loss, can be a good source of , choline and support strong bones.

This does not mean you can only eat these foods and other foods are not healthy. You just need to experiment what works well for you and may serve your purpose for a fitter you. There is a ever ongoing list of healthy foods other than the ones mentioned. So take a step forward and go to your supermarket to explore the organic foods that are waiting for you.

TWO FACES OF THE SAME COIN

 

Energy and success are two faces of the same coin. Success is a state of mind and all feelings, vibes, energy-related with it are signals we receive from our mind. If our inner self is contented, we display amounts of energy; be it love, acceptance, respect, warmth, and motivation which makes us think that we are successful. And the success whatever, it may release an unlimited amount of energy from/within us.

Today, I am going to talk about “Two faces of the same coin”, linked with successful people, and what are the Attributes that make them successful in life cum energetic. If you have any or two qualities of these successful people, you too are successful. So let’s discuss the attributes one by one.

THE VALUE OF SELF:

The number one attribute that makes successful people successful and more energetic in life is that they give more importance to their Inner Self. Their inner self is contented with whatever they are or have achieved in life. They are not turned away from material aspects of life. This inner satisfaction is their asset which they have earned through experience and trial. And they are ready to share their experiences with the world irrespective of their placements.

DON’T MISS ON SLEEP:

Similarly, another attribute that makes successful people energetic is that they recognize the Importance of Sleep. To be energetic and successful, one has to establish priorities in life. To have a balance between work and personal life is a must attribute. Our ancestors were not wrong when they said that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. All this wisdom and wealth does have something to do with proper rest and establishing one’s priorities in life.

GAUGE A NEW SKILL EVERY NOW AND THEN:

In the same way, another attribute that adds success to successful people making them energetic and successful is that they keep on Learning New Things, reading about new avenues, meeting new people, traveling, communicating with those around and those living far apart. They never stop exploring themselves and others. They have a drive of achieving their passion and this passion makes them more energetic and successful.

MINDFUL EATING:

Healthy Eating is an important attribute. For all, successful people, healthy eating is a part and parcel of their lifestyle. Energy comes along success when one eats healthy and makes healthy choices in life. For health is wealth. People with healthy eating may someday be able to deceive death and non-treatable diseases.

MEDITATE:

On a spiritual level, another attribute of people who are successful and energetic is that they Meditate. They can resolve the toughest of problems in life when they are alone and think deeply about problems and how to tackle them. They have devised ways of positive thinking and keep on adding something new to the already achieved techniques.

WORK FOR YOUR GOALS:

Similarly, being  Committed to achieving their goals in life is another attribute, why successful people are more energetic. They will not sit down until they achieve their goals. Another attribute why all successful people are energetic is the ones who are true to their Integrity. They are at the winning end. It is their honesty and simple nature that draws people close to them. Our integrity defines who we are and takes us towards the height of success. And draw us towards People, who share our morals, support us and smooth our way to success.

EXERCISE:

And last but not least, attributed to “two faces of the same coin” related to successful people, is regular exercise. They know that their future depends on being healthy. A man who is a millionaire yet has no health cannot be successful in real terms. Such is the underlying importance of exercise and things related to it.

In the end, I would like to say that being successful and energetic can only be achieved through Patience. Where ever there is a success, energy is a part and parcel of it. Both are a slow process and require time to establish. It is only a matter of understanding and paying importance to these attributes. If one can understand the symbolism of Two faces of the same coin, one can achieve great heights of success no matter what comes their way.
